Find: how agents find you

Do your robots.txt and your other files for AI tools all say the same thing?

These files tell AI search, AI training and AI agents what they may read and use.

When a visitor says it is a well-known AI assistant, can you check that it really is?

Answer No if you rely on the name a visitor gives, which anyone can copy.

Ask: what agents are told

Can AI assistants get your current prices and availability, rather than copying them from old pages?
Do you know what AI assistants ask about your business that you cannot answer today?

Act: what agents may do

Before an agent buys, books or pays for a customer, does the customer approve the exact price and terms?

Answer No if an agent could complete a purchase or booking without that exact yes.

Have you decided what AI agents may do at your business, such as which actions and up to what amount?

Talk: staying in touch

If an order or booking needs the customer’s answer midway, such as a size or a date, can you ask through their assistant?
Once the agent has finished, can you still reach the customer with the updates they agreed to?

Prove: what you can show

Do you keep proof of exactly what each customer approved?
If a customer disputes something an agent did, could you show who asked, what you allowed and what happened?
