TrueSession

One record for every agent action

Proof Record, Prove

For each order, booking, payment or refusal, TrueSession links five separate proofs: who asked, what was allowed, what the agent was told, what the customer approved and what happened. Each proof stays separate; the record ties them together and is signed.

Five proofs, one record

Each proof is kept on its own, so one never stands in for another. The record links them and is signed.

What was allowed

What it was told
The facts and offers shown, with their versions

The Trust Network, later

Once many businesses keep Proof Records, agents and platforms will be able to ask one neutral place whether an offer, a fact or a business is genuine. Joining is opt-in, with a published method and privacy review first.

  • A verification service agents can call before they trust an offer or a fact
  • An opt-in reliability score from real outcomes: the price stated is the price charged, refunds honoured
  • Agent behaviour signals, such as loops and abandoned approvals, after privacy review

Questions about the Proof Record

What is the Proof Record?

One signed record per agent order, booking, payment or refusal that links five separate proofs: who asked, what your policy allowed, what the agent was told, what the customer approved and what happened. Signed receipts work in our lab today; the linked record and a public verifier are in the lab.

What is a signed fact, and who checks it?

A price, stock level, opening hour or policy clause issued by your business as a small signed statement with a source and an expiry. Anyone, from an agent to a payment provider handling a dispute, can check that you really said it and when. No AI search engine checks signed business facts yet, so they first help with disputes and misquotes; this is in the lab.
