See what agents want

Insights, Learn, product 7 of 8

The problem. Agent visits look like ordinary traffic. You can’t tell which assistants came, what they wanted, what they couldn’t find or what actually sold.

What changes. One view of your agent channel: who came and how sure you can be, demand and gaps, what was refused and why, and the orders customers really approved.

How Insights works

Illustrative example with made-up data.

Know which agents came, and how sure you can be

See every assistant that reached you, day by day. Requests proven by signature, names that were only claimed and visits that were merely observed on your website are always kept apart, so a name in a request is never counted as proof.

  • Requests by assistant, verified or only claimed
  • Flagged website visits and what they tried
  • What each agent asked to do, and what your policy decided
  • In lab

What agents asked for, and what you couldn’t answer

See what agents asked for, what you answered and what you couldn’t. An unanswered question becomes a suggested answer you can test, promote and revert. Nothing changes your policies without your review, and raw prompts are not collected by default.

  • Spot demand you are missing today
  • Turn unanswered questions into answers
  • Every change is reviewed and reversible
  • Demand insights:Working in lab

Outcomes you can rely on

Follow agent tasks from the first question to a confirmed order. Only orders your systems and payment provider confirmed count as sales, and anything not yet known is shown as unknown. No invented lost revenue, and no guessing why an agent left.

  • From request to approved, paid order
  • Refusals by reason: identity, limits and policy
  • Numbers you can take to your team
  • In lab

Customers’ prompts are not collected by default. Analytics use structured categories and totals, very small groups are hidden, and your data is never pooled with other businesses.

Questions about Insights

What does the analytics dashboard show?

Which assistants reached you and how sure you can be (proven by signature, only claimed, or just observed on your website), what agents asked for and what you could not answer, what was refused and why, and how agent tasks ended, counting only orders your systems and payment provider confirmed. Customers’ prompts are not collected by default, and very small groups are hidden.
